Once a potential tenant has viewed your property and wishes to apply, we send the tenants personal and financial information to a third party referencing company. They then provide us with a detailed analysis of the potential tenant’s financial status and suitability as a tenant. Accredited referencing of this kind is crucial should you wish to opt for a rent guaranteed insurance.
You may wish to have only tenants who are in full time employment occupy your property or you may wish to cast the net a little wider. If so, we always ensure that a suitable guarantor, in full-time employment, sign an agreement along side the tenant which gives you more security and peace of mind.
On signing the tenancy agreement, the tenant will pay one month’s rent in advance and a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent. The deposit is then logged with our insurance backed scheme and the tenant is given a certificate confirming the deposit’s safe custody.
AM Property Management Ltd visit the property throughout the duration of the tenancy ensuring its good upkeep.
Any maintenance issues raised by the tenant will be dealt with by our maintenance company AM Property Maintenance Ltd
